10 weeks of Progress ๐

Huge well done to this client here Leo
In the last 10 weeks Iโve watched him transform into a massively upgraded version of himself physically and mentally
Itโs quite clear how much he has improved physically however the mental changes are much more significant
From walking in to sessions with very little confidence and self belief to now coming in with new ideas, goals and targets of his own that heโd like to achieve in the sessions
The biggest moment for me was when Leo said to me โon Friday can you get a video of me doing the lat pull downโ. To some of you that may sound insignificant but to me it put the biggest smile on my face. The fact he wants to get videoed and wants to see his physique is massive ๐๐ผ
