🌱 Why is movement so important for under 5s? 🏃‍♀️🧗‍♂️

The early years are a huge time for learning through movement. Running, jumping, climbing, balancing, rolling, crawling and exploring all help young children build confidence, coordination, strength, independence and a positive relationship with being active. ❤️

And sometimes, the best learning comes from doing things that feel a little bit dangerous! 😮

Our Mini Movers sessions give children the chance to climb, explore, take safe risks, test their limits and discover what their bodies can do in a safe, supportive environment where they can be encouraged to have a go.

Because children need opportunities to experience manageable risks, make decisions, wobble, try again and build confidence. 🌟

And the best bit? Mini Movers is an affordable way to give your little one all of this through fun, active play.
