A full day dedicated to moving, breathing, slowing down and reconnecting with yourself, nature and others.

Think Pilates, yoga, sauna, cold plunge, nourishing food, time in nature and plenty of space to simply be.

Set at the gorgeous Maycroft Retreat in Perthshire, a peaceful countryside sanctuary surrounded by rolling hills, open fields, animals and uninterrupted views.

I’m delighted to be working alongside who will be preparing a delicious plant-based lunch and who will be guiding us through a gorgeous yoga flow.
