As we celebrate Scotland's National Day of Movement, we wanted to bring you some more stories from last weekend's game at Bannockburn Rugby Club . They all show how unified rugby can create a space where everyone can be active, more connected and healthier.
We need to start with our Co-Captains: Ellie and Graham. They both show up week in and week out to get moving, work on their skills and motivate others to improve their game.
Next we have Emma and Eden - a dynamic mother & daughter duo from McLaren Rugby Club . They supported us from our very first session and are a great example that active parents can shape active young people.
Then there's Laura - the stalwart of Borders Clan and female rugby trailblazer, always ready to offer a smile and a joke as she zooms past you.
We couldn't forget William from Grampian Clan, who travelled on his own all day to take to the field alongside his Borders pals. Arrived first, served world-class patter through the day, and left with a bunch of new friends.
The game delivered another special moment when Fin run out to the field for the first time since his myeloma diagnosis 4 years ago - just in time for the Myeloma UK Myeloma National Awareness Week. His classy performance after long road to recovery shows that sport provides a boost to both body and spirit.
Last but not least, shout out to Hazel and Stu - our OG coaches and supporters who didn't take to the field, but their presence on the day gave us an extra pep in our step.
All these beautiful folk unified by one game ๐
