You will lead our Development Squad, competing in the Tier 7 Sussex League. This is a vital role in our youth-to-senior pathway, helping players transition and grow within the club.

✅Commitment: Training on Wednesdays and match days on Sundays.
✅Qualifications: Level 1 Football Coaching qualification required (Level 2 ideal).
✅Experience: A desire to develop talent, experience in women's game, and a background in youth or adult football.

The FA have confirmed the Women’s Football Pyramid club allocations for 2026/27 and we’ll be competing in the Southern Region WFL Division 1 South.

Our development team will also play in Tier 7, in Sussex County Women & Girls Football League, Division 1.
