New Ladies only personal training group starting Fridays 1030am in Small Dole.
Designed for ladies who need help to focus and need accountability and consistency.
If you find it hard to get started or keep going and have fallen behind on fitness try this group.
We work on toning and weight loss. Focus on technique and mindset.

If you are willing to try, that’s a start. Remember your worth investing in, time and money well spent as the benefits are endless. You can’t buy physical and mental wellness off the shelf. But you can make it happen and control it. 🤗

Hi Ladies,

I’ve created a group for Ladies who may have lost motivation, confidence, had children, lost who they are, lost focus on themselves.
It’s not like normal classes you just turn up too and move about and tick a box.
It’s for everyone able and willing to turn up with support not only on technique but with thought along the way.

My Personal training groups are bespoke for Ladies. For our needs and wants. Some realistic and some my not be. But that’s what you will learn in my groups. You will learn to pay attention to how your body moves and what you are capable of, with a little persuasion and support. 🤗

I have a few spaces left to fill Thursdays 7.45pm and Fridays 10.30am. Based in Small Dole.
If you can commit for 5 weeks and want to benefit in more ways than you may think. It’s not just about your body benefitting, it’s your mind too.
Please get in touch with me and get let’s get you started.

Sessions start next week.
