Water can be dangerous, even on warm days.

If you unexpectedly enter cold water, your instinct may be to swim hard or panic. Instead, remember:

✔ Tilt your head back
✔ Relax and control your breathing
✔ Move your hands and legs to help you stay afloat

Wednesday the 22nd

- 9.30am 1 space
- 10am 1 space

Thursday the 23rd

- 9.30am FULL

- 11am 1 space

We are offering 1/2hr and 1 hour lessons.
Based at Larbert high school.
Each session £12.50 or 3 sessions for £10 each.
