Ladies only kick boxing classes are available for new students on Wednesday and Friday at 7.00pm.

This is an adult class suitable for working professionals.

Class is taught by a female instructor. The classes are designed for female needs.

Rikai Ladies Kick boxing Small Heath is restarting live classes on Wednesday 19th May 2021 at Ackers Adventure, Golden Hillock Rd, B11 2PY.

Class are Wednesday and Friday at 7.00pm

First Rikai kick boxing class at our new venue at Acker’s Adventure. Well done everyone. I know you found it hard doing the live class after over 5 months. Our fitness levels will be back soon . We need now to put our stamp on our new venue and make this new place home.
