I’ve created a month of structured meal plans designed to be weighed, repeated, and followed consistently because accuracy is what makes fat loss and body recomposition predictable.

Each plan includes a weekly food shopping list so nothing is left to chance.

You choose between
100g protein
120g protein
140g protein

Depending on your goal weight ✨

This is exactly how I eat on repeat to accelerate fat loss for spring. Structured meals with calories, macros, and fibre anchored daily and carbs placed around training.

You’re not guessing.

If you feel stuck,
it’s probably not because you’re doing anything wrong.
You might just be guessing.

You can eat well and still feel like results come and go.
That usually isn’t effort, it’s accuracy.

When portions are estimated, progress feels unpredictable.
When they’re clear, things start to make sense again.

Using food scales isn’t about control
and it’s not something you need forever.
It’s just a way to learn what your portions actually look like
so your intake matches your goal.

Clean eating can still miss the mark.
Macros only work when amounts are right.

This is where things tend to click for my clients, not because they’re trying harder,

Do you know how to calculate and split your macros
to reduce afternoon and late-night cravings?

If energy crashes hit after lunch or in the evening,
it’s rarely willpower.

Most of the time, it’s how your food is structured.

I see people eating small meals or light salads,
then wondering why they’re starving an hour later
and running on coffee and vibes by mid-afternoon.

Tiny meals, long gaps, or “saving calories for later”
often lead to energy dips, caffeine reliance,
and eating whatever’s easiest by night.

What tends to work better for many people is:
• clear protein targets
• evenly split meals
• enough carbs and fats to actually fuel you
• choosing 2 or 3 proper meals instead of grazing

This isn’t about extremes or rules.
It’s about structure that supports appetite, energy, and consistency.

There’s research to back this too.
Structured meal timing has been shown to improve appetite control
and metabolic outcomes (Liu et al., 2024, JAMA Network Open).

December humbled me.
I hurt my knee rushing to get my gains in the gym ☝🏼
I rested more than I wanted to.
My mental + physical health felt it.

Once my routine goes, I feel it everywhere.

It reminded me why I relate so deeply to my clients.
We’re human.
Chasing perfection is just another form of punishment.
Consistency isn’t about being perfect, it’s about coming back — especially after life knocks you off routine.

So my 2026 intentions are simple:

• build strong joints for life → more mobility, less rushing it
• practise what I preach → if I buy a packet of dates, they should last longer than 5 minutes (have some self control Sarah Jane)
• start weighing my food again → less guessing, better results
• start filming more → make up might help the camera shyness 🤔
• take my creatine daily → extra power for the gym and my brain 🧠

This is why I love what I do.
I get to support people through the same resets I make myself.

At some point, dieting stops feeling productive
and starts feeling like punishment.

If you’ve spent years bouncing between plans, rules, and resets, it’s not because you’re bad at dieting, it’s because dieting was never the answer.

I’ve been there.
Eating something “off plan”, then trying to punish it away with extra cardio, or just completely falling off the wagon and back on a slippery slope!
It never works. And it’s exhausting.

Real change came when I learned how to eat with structure, stabilise my blood sugar, train properly, and stop treating food like something I had to earn, or burn off!

Now food feels like nourishment.
Results come without torture.
And life finally looks like 80/20, not all or nothing.
