Some people exercise for a sport, some workout for muscle gain/fat loss/performance, some do it for their mental health, some for physical health, some (🙋‍♂️) do it to lead by example and help others, some just so they can eat whatever they want, some just use it as an escape for an hour or two.

“The 3 C’s in life 👉 Choice, Chance, Change

You must make the choice, to take the chance, if you want anything in life to change” Z.Z.

Choice 👉 every day we are faced with decisions – some large, some small. Life can be hard, the path is not always clear. When we want to improve at something the first step is choosing to act, then choosing to stick with it. The choices we make define our character. You have the power to choose and it is the choices we make that shape us.

Chance 👉 the greatest risk you should avoid at all costs is the risk of doing nothing. Making a choice requires taking a chance and the only regret we usually have is the chances we didn’t take. Take a chance, you never know what might happen.

Change 👉 change is a process, not an event. Change takes courage. The world is not perfect, our lives are not perfect. Things don’t happen as they should. Good people fail, that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t try to make things better. If we all try to make our lives, jobs and the world a better place we will be happier.

Remember- all great things start with one small step, one choice, one decision that directs you down a path.

We don’t see often beautiful weather 🌞 like this in England and it’s forecasted to last only a few days...so I’m taking advantage of it and spending my time charging with vitamin D 🙂

Current condition, 2 weeks away from gyms reopening 🎉

You may say that it required a lot of hard work but I can assure you it’s not all about about how hard you work. It’s whether or not you FEEL like doing the work - that’s the hardest part. You have to do the work even when you don’t want to do the work, consistently. And it doesn’t have to be hard, it has to be right for you and your goals.

Almost everyone on Instagram is posting workouts, urging you to save/share so you can do it yourself, but the majority of these trainers, “gurus” and know-it-all gym monkeys are terrible at....exercise 😳 They show you exercises, tell you sets and reps, maybe even how frequent to do it, but they don’t pay attention to performing the exercises correctly themselves (maybe lack of knowledge or even ignorance 🤷‍♂️).

Pay attention and think about it. Of course you’ll get some results from just doing any type of mindless workout, but eventually that runs out.

Remember, everything you do needs to be done with purpose.

This means understanding what you want to accomplish, the exercises required to achieve that, and performing these exercises in a way - not to just get them done - but to achieve RESULTS.

We are born naked, open to limitless possibility, but over time we are exposed to beliefs, concepts and expectations from other people that limits our potential and weigh us down.

We do not have to be trapped in a certain way of thinking/acting that undermine our own opportunities for success (whatever success means to you).

We are not mindless, simply reacting to our environment, rather, we are powerful, able to choose our response to everything we experience.

What we fundamentally believe about ourselves, what we believe to be true, what we have decided is important to us, what we focus on, is often what our experience will be.

Challenge your beliefs system and adopt new ways of thinking/acting in order to improve your life.
