When I used to teach group exercise classes at PureGym Leeds Hunslet, Rebecca was always one of the regulars.
She showed up consistently, worked incredibly hard, and pushed herself every session with very little coaching needed.
We’d often chat after classes or when I saw her training in the gym. Like many people relying solely on group exercise, she was putting in plenty of effort but seeing limited results.
That’s when we decided to work together on a more structured approach, with a strong focus on progressive strength training.
The result? Increased muscle mass, improved strength, and some seriously impressive glute development.
A great reminder that hard work is important, but having the right plan can make all the difference.
