πŸ’œπŸ’™ Last week I spoke at a Women’s Wellbeing Event. I spoke all about a healthy lifestyle and the choices in my career which have lead me to this point. It was a privilege to be asked to share my knowledge and I was with four other ladies who are also passionate about their careers. They ranged from a menopause specialist, a professional declutterer, a thermomix expert and a Pilates instructor. And all the ladies in the audience had a really informative, interesting and fun evening. Make exercise part of your life as much as possible. Your body will thank you πŸ™πŸΌ Happy Monday πŸ’™πŸ’œ
