th children in the sport of gymnastics. Focusing on flexibility and skill learning, we encourage development through the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme. Gymnastics is widely recognised as a sport that can improve overall fitness, strength, balance and body control, as well as helping to improve core performance in any other sport. Extended participation in gymnastics also provides many additional cognitive and psychological advantages for your child that will continue to benefit them throughout their life.
