In my sessions, cognitive stimulation is gently woven into every exercise. Simple movements combined with conversation, music, rhythm, and familiar cues help keep the brain engaged, support memory, and spark moments of connection.

For people living with dementia, these small moments can make a big difference improving mood, boosting confidence, encouraging communication, and bringing joy into the day.
