Smash Badminton Academy is excited to bring you our February half term Badminton camp to take place on Tuesday 18th Feb and Thursday 20th Feb 2025 with sessions to be held as follows:

Intermediate/Advanced - 9am - 12pm
Beginner/intermediate - 1 - 4pm

Well done to all our players for their performance at the MML Open tournament at Wembley today!

The competition was tough but our younger players, Hassanain and Heerv challenged themselves by entering in the U16 open youth category and won some great points in some very close matches!

A very well done to Panth and Dheer also for showing great partnership and perseverance on the court!

All our players showed great confidence, resilience and sportsmanship on court and they did us all proud! 🙏🏻😊🏸🙌🏻

We are so proud of all our girls and boys who took part in the FCBC tournament over the weekend!

Despite the challenges faced with the tournament restrictions and last minute cancellations, a whopping EIGHT winning trophies were awarded to our girls and boys across most of the age categories with many reaching the quarters and semi finals too!

All of our participants handled the competition with sportsmanship and team spirit, being a great support to one other throughout their matches!

Watching many of our young players step onto the court for their first competition was incredible! Kudos to their willingness and strength to take on this challenge. We are very proud of them and this is only the beginning of their badminton journey!

We are so proud incredibly of all our juniors who took part in the Oasis badminton tournament on Sunday 29th September! 🏸☺️

Our juniors won a whopping NINE trophies and medals across a number of age categories with a number of them reaching the quarters and semi finals too! 🥳🥳

Our participants handled the competition with great sportsmanship and team spirit, being a great support to one other throughout their matches! ❤️

It was great to see our juniors’ superb performance on court and we are so very proud of every single one of our juniors who took part, including those who played in competition for the first time! All their hard work, determination and dedication to their training is really paying off! 🙌🏻

On Sunday 22nd September, a few of our juniors took part in the Middlesex Junior Restricted Tournament 2024 at the Dome 🏸🏸

Congratulations to Miraya, who achieved a bronze medal in the U12 girls singles! 🥉🥳

And congratulations to Arya and Hana, who achieved a bronze medal in the girls doubles and to Arya who also won a bronze medal in the mixed doubles too! 🥳🥉🥉🥳

Well done to all those who took part in the competition, there were some very tough matches and it was truly a valuable experience for all! 🙌🏻

Congratulations to our amazing Swastigan Balakumar, who took part in the Para Badminton tournament in Kent last weekend and brought home a winning silver medal! 🥈
