Waking Up to Mental Health
Checking in with yourself
Every morning, we wake up and check the weather, our phones, our plans -
but how often do we check in with our minds?
Mental health isn’t something that switches from “fine” to “not fine.”
It’s a spectrum - a journey - with subtle signs along the way:
Calm → Stressed → Overwhelmed → Numb.
Connected → Withdrawn → Isolated → Hopeless.
Rested → Tired → Exhausted → Burned out.
Sometimes the changes are quiet.
You stop laughing as much.
You lose focus.
You feel detached from the things you love.
That’s your mind asking for care - not silence.
What to do?
Today, let’s wake up to our mental health.
Notice the small shifts.
Listen to yourself and others without judgment.
Reach out early — for help, for rest, for connection.
Good mental health isn’t the absence of struggle -
it’s the presence of awareness, compassion, and support.
You’re not alone. 💚
