Iโ€™ll be honest, by the time Thursday rolls round Iโ€™m pretty damn tired and getting out of bed is not easy. ๐Ÿ˜ดI do my morning clients ๐Ÿ”ฅ and then I drag myself to the gym to teach my cycle. The way this class has grown and the fact that Iโ€™m now getting consistent numbers and a following makes my day every week and reminds me why I do this. BECAUSE IT FEELS GOOD TO MAKE OTHER PEOPLE FEEL GOOD!
My Thursday morning Groove and Ride leaves me with a smile on my sweaty little face ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Putting these back into the mix for some more work on those knees at the bottom of the squat ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ. After a couple of months working on front squats itโ€™s awesome to see how well Chelsey controls the weight on the bar. This was our working weight today 57.5kg 3x5 ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ.

Thought I would share some of the sweet things my girls said about our sessions on here ๐Ÿฅฐ.
You all make my week full of smiles and laughs (and the odd face palm ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚). I love watching you get stronger, faster, fitter, more confident and of course hearing you swear under your breath at me (or sometimes out loud if on an assault bike) ๐Ÿ™Š๐Ÿ˜‚.
Keep working hard and helping me love what I do ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ.

All in all a pretty good exercise ๐Ÿ‘€. Hereโ€™s queen Jennie showing you how itโ€™s done ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผโญ๏ธ. Today we did our top sets @27.5kg sets of 5. This was the last warm up set ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ.

One thing I ABSOLUTELY LOVE about working is the amount of kit we have and hot versatile training has become. I hope my girls will agree training is never boring!
Hereโ€™s my lovely demonstrating a great set of banded deadlifts with our set up ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ. This packs a punch, those bands create a lot of tension ๐Ÿ‘€.
We are using this to help with Lauraโ€™s lockout. As you can see she is feast off the floor which is great and a place where some struggle. For Laura she needs to drive fast between the knee and the hips and hold that bar at the top. This was our final set on the bar sets of 5.
