No classes this week as I’m not back from holiday till Thursday, I can’t wait to get on that dance floor and have some glow sticks in my hands 🙌🏻

Next Monday we have our first trial class in Peasedown there is 2 spaces remaining

Brilliant as always tonight Marksbury, that was a sweaty class. My watch says I’ve burnt over 700 calories, actually felt a bit sick at one point 🤣
