THS at Home 2.0:

Develop on-ice athleticism with the program that provides the training structure to drive progress without sacrificing efficiency, so that it can easily work around school and sport training. Requires zero equipment.

THS Gym Starter

Our entry level gym-based program for ice hockey players. If you have access to the gym, but are unsure where to start and you need some structure to your in-season training, this is for you! Will primarily feature free weight and bodyweight exercises.

THS Gym Athlete

For athletes with some gym-based experience that are ready to take their training to the next level, this program checks that box. Barbell movements will now feature into the regiment with a focus on strength development and mastering the compound movements.

Another great session at Telford Dry Land training

Was great to help out at TJIHC dry land training last night.. We worked on core and foundational movements like squats and lunges to improve the ability to get low.. A key aspect in a collision sport like ice hockey.
Next week we will work on balance, coordination and becoming more explosive.. See ya there
