Why wait for January?

We’re not here for “new year, new me.”

Find movement you actually enjoy and just get your body moving in any way you can. And always keep your “why” in mind:

What fitness really means to me

I want you to feel empowered by exercise.
I want it to work for you, not the other way around.

An active lifestyle should never feel like punishment. Honestly? I’ll always be the biggest advocate for something as simple (and powerful!) as getting your daily steps in to keep you healthy.

When you start with me, here’s what I care about most:
✨ Your steps
✨ Your sleep
✨ How much water (and alcohol) you’re having
✨ Whether you enjoy your job
✨ If your home life feels happy and stable
✨ If you have hobbies and passions that give your life purpose
Just to name a few!

Because fitness isn’t just about the hour we spend in the gym — it’s about the life you live outside it.

Every time you show up for a workout, choose whole foods, set boundaries, or simply rest, you’re telling yourself: I matter.
This fitness journey isn’t just about aesthetics.
It’s about honoring your body, your energy, and your peace.

Who needs some motivation?!

I have 2 spaces coming free for group personal training!
This is perfect for:
🏋🏻‍♀️someone who already has some knowledge of weight training
🤸🏻‍♀️someone who needs some accountability for their training
🧘🏼‍♀️if you feel like you need to level up your training with some better structure
🚴🏼‍♀️someone who loves training with other people and enjoy encouraging other people and them self

What’s different to other group coaching:
-You get 2 group sessions per week
-4 different sessions, planned and tracked through an app- 2 to do on your own
-You get weekly personalised check ins to share your struggles and wins with me privately
-we will look at your eating habits and track your food through the app so I can see what changes need to be made

Group sessions are at 7pm Monday and Thursday!

I haven’t trained for 2 weeks…

2 weeks ago today I decided to hurt my back 🙈 I’ve been trying really hard recently to improve my back strength and I just pushed my self a little too far that day 😢

After many years of gymnastics and pole fitness I had got my self a very bendy back! Which sounds great and till you get older and realise how weak that actually makes it!

Being hyper mobile I have to be extra careful with my movements which I’m noticing more and more as I get older!
After going to a wedding last night and just not feeling my self, today I said I’m getting back training and just wanted to move my body!

15 minutes warm up steps, 40 minutes machine weights session and a 15 minute stretch. Sometimes I doesn’t have to be crazy you just have to start moving your body again!
