In the words of the judges ‘super close’ between him and the winner. That’s bodybuilding. We come away from the show with a look I’m very happy with & couldn’t have looked any better.

Full as a house & conditioned. As a first timer, it doesn’t get much better.

5 years I’ve been officially coaching

Here’s an insight into the athletes I’ve helped in the last 12 months alone.

Damn. Feels pretty surreal looking back on it all. If you told be 5 years ago, I’d have done what I have, I would have looked at you as if you have 2 heads & 3 hands.

But, here we are…I’m proud. I’m proud of me for showing up. I’m proud of me backing myself. I’m proud of me and my team. I quite literally coach the most incredible & talented individuals. We’re just getting started.

Natural First Timer this weekend and couldn’t be happier with our set point here. Really starting to see everything shift.

This past week, cardio has been removed, steps tapered down & linear loading has begun since the start of the week.

We continue loading, find the look and the rest takes care of itself🤝

How Charlie become 4x Junior Bikini Champ🏅

After her first competitive season, Charlie joined myself. In a position where confidence was low and my goal was to simply reinstall that with getting the right measures in place.

1 year later, winning 4 shows…

People will see the wins but don’t see the work. She’s worked incredibly hard, communicated everything incredibly well & executed the plan.

The future is massive for Charlie and we’ve barely even scratched the surface. Incredibly proud and it’s only going to get better from here.
