We had a lovely afternoon at Apley Farm today 🐽🐮🐰🐓🦙🐐🦌🐑 so sad they are closing in a week, we always love ❤️ to go see all the animals! Made the most of it today and gave them all lots of good bye scratchies and snuggles 🥰

🧸 Regent Street shopping @ Hamley’s
🏊‍♀️ Nice swim at our Hotel 🏨

Chloe had such a lovely time and it’s safe to say she LOVED her first proper posh hotel stay and wants to go back ASAP 😂 ❤️

We went to a pony party today! Local unaffiliated dressage competition do compete in Elementary 55 and Medium 73 😊

Leo was super cool and calm and collected and rode 2 lovely consistent tests to score 2nd in the elementary and 4th in the medium, what a little super star against some very big and intimidating fancy dressage horses 🐎

We’ve got lots to work on, the movements in the medium don’t come easily to my little cob, but we will keep working and practicing, practice makes perfect after all, but most of all we just have so much fun together ☺️

He had an extra big diner, apples 🍏, carrots 🥕 and (his favourite) for his hard work ❤️

A lovely afternoon of pottery painting 🎨 and cake 🍰, doggy 🐶 walks 🐾 and pony time under the moon 🌙 and stars ✨

Practiced mine and Leo’s 🐴 elementary and medium tests ready for Sunday and he was awesome 👏

On annual leave now until Monday and going to make the most of it and jam pack it full ☺️

Today marks 6 years that my little horse of a life time crossed over rainbow 🌈 bridge after having a horrific bout of colic that sadly was too severe to treat 😢

Tanner Piglet 🐽 as he was endearingly coined, due to his love ❤️ of food 🍎 🥕 🍏 was a very special little horse! 🐴

I had him after my confidence was at rock 🪨 bottom after over horsing myself and he picked my confidence up off the floor with every hoof beat and carried me as a passenger for months! We had so many magical adventures together in so many beautiful locations 🌳 whilst we competed in endurance, his favourite thing to do 🐎

I had Piglet as a 4 year old, but he had the brain of a 20 year old 🧠 in a 4 year olds body, boom proof in the heaviest of traffic, he was quirky and never liked birds 💨 but he was safe as houses 🏡

He moved with me from Suffolk to Staffordshire 📍 and helped me make new horsey friends instantly! 💗

Sadly at only eight years old he was diagnosed with severe kissing spines 🦴 that were inoperable and it was recommended to retire him, which I did and he remained a family pet, until the day he passed away, he owed me nothing! Just being with him brought me peace and when I had Chloe, # visiting him and feeding him carrots 🥕 and apples 🍏 at his retirement yard was our favourite thing to do together 💕

I hope your having fun up there big lad, running with your friends and getting fat as a pig off all the lush green grass, until we meet again my man 🌈❤️🥹
