Why should you try any of our classes? Have a look at what other class friends have to say.
With the restrictions lifting, it means we can meet face to face again! Yes, my classes are back to face to face, apart from ARMS, CORE, STRETCH, RELAX which is still on Zoom.
Have a look at the time table to see what we offer.
On MONDAYS; ARMS CORE STRETCH RELAX is a belter, try or progress some Pilates and yoga whilst strengthening those arms, improving your core stability and then stretch out your body and then to finish we take a moment out to relax.
On TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS at 11am we have a senior class to help
-increases joint mobility
-increases metabolism to loose weight
-help reduces blood pressure
-strengthens bones
-strengthen & tones muscles
-boosts energy
Exercises are tailor made to the individuals that attend with Pilates type exercises, stretches, some weights, chair based at times.
Alternatives given & clients encouraged to work at their own level.
The classes are lots of fun, you will certainly leave feeling energised and with a smile.
On Wednesdays we have a great BOOTCAMP class for you at 7pm. It’s an outdoor class so come prepared for any weather, wear a smile & prepare for a fun workout.
