I am qualified in Sports & remedial massage and Deep tissue.

Am looking for volunteers in need of a sports massage in the following areas so I can use as my case study for a course I’ve recently done. In return you will get reduced rate for 5 sessions.

Starting Monday 28th February
At Janvrin School

Both 30 minutes or do both classes for maximum results. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

First session full body circuits to maximise Strength Cardio, Stamina and Core
including:
Battle ropes, Trx,
Ball Slam, Free weights
Glute Bands & much more.

Second class is Boxercise of higher intensity keeping combos shorter to concentrate on technique and maximise fitness.

As with both sessions I can work round some injuries and different fitness levels but you must advise me of any health concerns and fill out medical history prior to booking so I can asses if class right for you.

Monday & Wednesday
Circuits 6:00 to 6:30pm
Boxercise 6:35 to 7:05pm πŸ₯Š

Six Week Course
Full hour (both classes) 2 x Week Β£80
30 Minutes class 2 x week Β£45

Limited Spaces for PAYG
Β£5 = 30 minute session
Β£8 = 1 hour (both) sessions

May has been an inspiration through her pregnancy and still going strong.πŸ’ͺ🀰So many benefits of continuing to work out in pregnancy for mental and physical health (obviously assuming no complications and all clear from doctor and adapting exercise according to trimester & needs).
