A day in the Sweats kitchen! 155g protein is easier to get in than you think… 🤩

Breakfast - overnight oats with grapes 🍇
Snack - two boiled eggs 🥚
Lunch - Cajun chicken with mixed grains, sweetcorn and spinach (topped off with Perinaise 🧡)
Dinner - Korean mince fried rice 🍚

All super quick and easy to make ahead/prep (I batch cook my chicken so I just grab it and go!) if you want some easy high protein ideas - let me know!! 💧💪🏻

I absolutely love mud obstacle course races - the atmosphere is amazing, everyone is just having the best time. 🤎🤎

It’s Sunday morning, and it’s a slow start to the day 🌅 time for some honest reflection!

Weekends are definitely the hardest bit for me - with parenting two strong willed girls and lots of things going on, the structure goes a little bit out the window. But, even if you have a bigger meal, or don’t move as much… embrace the time with your loved ones ❤️ move as much as is possible, and enjoy yourself. It’s all about balance ⚖️

I’m learning this and I’ve been on this journey 3.5 years, so be kind to yourself - and I’m always here to help 💧💪🏻

This morning was tough! Not had a 5am session in a couple of weeks due to going away. But we got it done 🙌🏻🤩 I meant to get more videos as I definitely did more than just these movements 🤣🤣 but got into the zone! Also the comparison of pre workout Zwets and post workout Zwets is hilarious. 🧟‍♀️ ➡️ 🥳

Overnight oats are the GOAT for easy to prep, high protein, versatile breakfasts.

I’ve had this most mornings for over 3 years now and it’s great at keeping me full all morning, and getting some great macros in at the start of the day 🥣

Here’s my simple recipe- easy to follow and super easy to bulk prep for the week. Just pop the rest in the freezer, and every morning you take one from the fridge, take one out the freezer to defrost for the next day 🙌🏻 I top mine with grapes for some crunch - but you can use any berries or even seeds, honey or… melted chocolate/biscoff spread if you’re feeling cheeky 🤩

Any other flavour combos to try?! 💧💪🏻
