🌞 WEHoRR 2026 🌞

Still celebrating this lot from last weekend!

Our W8+ made the trip to London for one of rowing's most iconic head races, and what a day it was.

Lou, Miriam, Tilly, Milly, Livi, Becki, Clara, Poppy and their cox Matt crossed the line in 21:34.7. London delivered the sunshine and the crew delivered the power 💪🚣

So proud of them, they represented the club brilliantly ✨

Shout out to for being amazing and helping us get the boat down to London!! 🙏🏻

Our once-a-year Adult Learn to Row programme is back, and the first FREE taster session is only a few days away, so this really is your last chance to sign up 👀

Fair warning: rowing may become your next obsession 🚣‍♂️

Step 1 – FREE TASTER (Choose one)
🗓️ Sat 14th March or Sat 21st March
⏰ 12:00–14:00

Step 2 – Learn to Row (Price TBD)
🗓️ Sat 30th May & Sun 31st May
⏰ 12:00–17:00

Step 3 – Development Course (Price TBD)
🗓️ 6th June → 30th August
🗓️ 2 sessions per week (weekends)

Calling all 11–16-year-olds!

St Neots Rowing Club has launched its spring junior learn to row course and is on the hunt for some budding rowers to join 20+ strong squad!

If you fancy having a go, the course will be held on the following dates:
• Introductory land session: Wednesday 9th April 6-7:30pm
• Water based sessions:
o Saturday 3rd May 10am-2:30pm
o Sunday 4th May 10am-2:30pm
o Monday 5th May (Bank Holiday) 10am-12pm

🔷 24 HOUR ERG CHALLENGE 🔷

One of the biggest volunteer efforts each season is for our junior and senior learn to row courses. These courses run annually and give local people a chance to learn a new sport.

We teach our newbies in “learner singles” which are more stable boats.
The ones we currently have are in desperate need of replacement as they are older than most our club members!

A group of members have decided to fundraise for these new boats by completing a 24 hour indoor row. We will be rowing on indoor rowing machines, solidly for 24 hours in teams of 2, 3, 4 and a big club team on Friday 7th March.

We aim to travel as far as possible and challenge ourselves in the process!

We would hugely appreciate any donation, big or small, to get us through the dark times in the middle of the night and to give our newbies the boats they need and if anyone is local and wants to come cheer us along please do!!

It was the club’s pleasure to name our new junior quad after Fergie Brazier today, for his long dedication to the club and especially to the junior squad.

This boat was purchased using match-funding from the Rowing Foundation, which was also used to purchase a new set of junior sculling blades earlier in the year.

We hope that the boat serves the club as long as its namesake has!
