AI is becoming a bigger part of telecoms. 🤖
In fact, Ofcom recently launched a review looking at how AI is being used across the telecoms industry and what impact it could have on customers, including businesses. The focus is not just on the opportunities, but also on whether the customer experience improves as AI becomes more common.
At 360Coms, we see AI as a tool, not a replacement for great service.⚒️
Used well, it can improve efficiency and help solve problems faster. What it cannot replace is the value of speaking to someone who understands your account, knows your business and genuinely wants to help.
Technology will continue to evolve. That's a good thing.
But when you need support, we still believe there's no substitute for a real conversation. 👋
