Want to improve your dance abilities? Or get back into dance and just enjoy having a boogie!🕺🕺 Well look no further…

I am so excited to be offering choreography classes to current and retired dancers on Fridays from 19:30-20:30 at Essential Studios. These classes will be about learning new and more complex skills to up your dance game, and as a bonus, you get to learn a new routine with your new skills every week!💋

Friday nights at Rouge are going to be so fun, especially for me, as creating new routines and playing around with choreography is my favourite part of being a dancer and teacher💃🏻

If you’re looking to find more confidence and improve your overall performance in dance, then these classes are for you❣️

I had the best time last night teaching my first dance class with the incredible Miss Laura & the gorgeous Merelita❤️

Miss Laura is one of our dance teachers at Essential Dance and has taught me tap and jazz since the age of 13, so when she said she was signing up to class, I was soo excited to be teaching her Street for a change! I am so proud of her for getting out of her comfort zone and allowing me to teach her some dancing rather than her normal days of teaching dancing herself. ❤️

I spent years dancing alongside Merelita when we were growing up in a group called “The Essentials”. For the last few years, she has been living in the UK to study acting, where she has recently graduated and is now working as a model. She came to the experienced class having not danced for a few years and jumped right back into it and did a fabulous job! 💋

These two ladies just go to show that no matter your age, experience and knowledge of dance, you can still get out there, give it a try, and do your best😘 x
