A day!!!!!That’s not even enough to buy a coffee at any high street coffee shop ….. but add that daily coffee amount together and you can get a monthly membership at a private ladies only gym , safe secure parking , friendly like minded ladies all wanting to achieve results without pressure or being judged. This is a huge congratulations to 12 of the ladies who completed in the February 400k challenge ( only on the treadmill) in the gym. You absolutely smashed it. All the money raised is going to a good cause.

WOW!!!! LOOK. The start of the refurbishment and extension of the showers, changing rooms, treatment room and sunbed is underway. Two days in and loads of progress made.
