Last year my challenge was to complete the 3 Yorkshire Peaks. What an incredible feeling it was to finish all three!

I train hard in the gym to maintain strength and cardiovascular fitness to do the things I love, like hiking the 3 Yorkshire Peaks.

2* Aim for 7-8 hours sleep
3* Increase daily movement in whatever way is achievable for you

38 days until Christmas. It’s easy to give up and tell yourself you’ll start in January.

But a lot of habits can be made in 38 days. Increasing daily movement, making more meals from home, improving sleep quantity & quality, drinking more water, & getting that strength training in can make massive changes between now and Christmas.
