As this season comes to a close, it's a perfect time to start looking ahead, and what could be done differently to make next season more successful.

Off season/ pre season work lays the foundations and can give a upper hand on the competition come gameweek one.

We now have availability 1VIGOR on a Tuesday night for teams up to 24, to book blocks of 6+ sessions.

More than just floggings, it will be structured and progressive, resulting in improvements across speed, strength and power as well as making fitness gains.

Meaning the squad will not only be fit enough but will be stronger and more robust to meet the demands of a game.

What's been going on in 2026 so far?

🟦 named in the championship team of the month

🟦 scoring on his return for Leeds Rhinos

🟦.xx23 named in Yorkshire PDG rugby Union squad, unfortunately broke her hand the day before the game.

🟦 has 4 tries so far for Midlands Hurricanes.

🟦Yorkshire plate final for & Will () representing Heath

🟦 back playing with confidence and scoring for Ryburn United. After a period on the sidelines. We got him strong, powerful, reintroduced accel, Decel, change of direction in time for the business end of the season.

🟦.ackroyd12 back on the field and expressing himself for Bradford Bulls reserves.

🟦 scoring multiple tries for Loughborough college at the coveted Rossyln Park 7s tournament

🟦.goldthorpe reprented Scotland under 19s in a recent trip to Las Vegas to face the USA.

How it started vs how it's going.

It hasn't been all plain sailing, plenty of doubt, learning, knock backs, imposter syndrome, late nights, early mornings, hours in the rain and wind.

The reality of coaching.

But of course it's been worth it. The fulfillment of being able to play a part in the development of committed individuals, is something I'll never get tired of.
