This grading marks more than just a new belt – it’s the moment they step into the Leadership Program.

Moving into leadership is a huge step up – both in martial arts and in personal challenge. It’s where students start to take on more responsibility, develop their confidence, and learn the skills that will help them not only on the mats but in life. 🌟

From here, it’s about sharpening focus, leading by example, and showing the determination to rise to every challenge. We’re incredibly proud of this group for reaching such an important milestone – the journey only gets more exciting from here! 💪🔥

This isn’t just another belt – it’s the result of years of dedication, perseverance, and hard work.

The journey to black belt is one of the biggest personal challenges a martial artist can face. It tests you physically with tough training and gruelling gradings, and it pushes you mentally to stay focused, resilient, and determined when things get tough. 💪🔥

Becoming part of the Black Belt Elite is about more than just skills – it’s about mindset.....It’s about showing up with discipline, leading by example, and having the courage to keep moving forward even when the challenge feels impossible.

Superb effort by this lot at our Kicking Fundamentals workshop today 👏👏👏

We took a really in depth look at stretching to improve kicking flexibility, foot positioning, proper technique for a number different kicks, the correct way to chamber kicks for maximum power/speed, angles of delivery and ex*****on, as well as working on spinning and jumping spinning kicks too 🥊🥊🥊 Well done everyone 🙏
