The Week in Review
So I missed out doing this last week because I didn’t plan this ahead and life didn’t give me a chance to sit down and type one of these out so I’m going to kinda cover the past 2 weeks in the review
THE WEEK OVERALL!
Life is still good! Very busy with my day to day work, training and other life commitments. But this week we said good bye to my beloved van Dory! She has been my work horse for nearly a decade and I will probably miss her. She has gone to a good home tho so I can be happy she is going to help a family who need a little run around van! I pick up my new car this week so that’s exciting
CLIENTS PROGRESS
This week my clients have all started to report how good they feel because of there training in the gym. Reports of feeling stronger, more mobile, sleep better, having more energy are all great to hear. I’m sure it won’t be long till we see some of those feelings turn into improved weight lifting results! So we’ll done team.
TRAINING
This week has been better I had planned out some time this week to get my virtual Disney 10k and half marathon done and as much as they are brutally tough I did feel better in the runs.
Gym work has been solid and I had a few chances to sneak in quick 30 min core session. Still more is needed but the stats are below
