Start.. Stop… Give Up!
You know where you want to get to
You know where you are
And they are not the same place
You have lost the same 5-10 kilos numerous times and have yo-yoed for years
There is disciple in other areas of your life
But not where you would like to have it.. Your health and fitness
Is It down to..
Lack of time, motivation or even structure?
This is what we call problem thinking
And the next step is to start allocating blame
Problem thinking makes the problem even harder to solve
On the other hand
Outcome thinking is deciding what you DO want in a given situation
You become proactive, take ownership of the problem and
start to move towards your
desired outcome
Simple but. But not easy
