Our 2027 retreats are selling out, so we’re adding more dates.

Due to demand, we’ve opened new dates for our Portugal retreat, set within a private estate in the Arrábida Natural Park, just south of Lisbon.
Guests come back to us year after year for authentic Classical Pilates teaching, small equipment groups, design-led spaces and real rest. Strength, mobility and breath are the foundations of longevity, and this is a practice for life. We welcome solo guests, friends, sisters, mothers and daughters from all over the world.

This September, thanks to a partnership with Tecnopilates our guests had the rare chance to move across a fuller range of the original apparatus - the Spine Corrector among them..
