❗️FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT FROM 40 ❗️
At around 40 years old, you’ll notice you don’t recover quite like you did when you were 20.
You get aches and pains that you just seem to wake up with, and that old injury from your youth is creeping back, waving at you calling itself ‘Chronic’. 👋
This is most likely because in your 30s you:
❌ Didn’t do enough mobility movements.
❌ Put too much pressure through your joints with free weights.
❌ Probably didn’t have a PT.
In your 40s you need movements that include:
✅ Strength, using g-force.
✅ Mobility, using flow.
✅ Stamina, you pick how, but last at least 60 mins.
If you do this, you will:
✅ Have more energy… for everything.
✅ Keep your heart strong and healthy with good circulation.
✅ Reduce your risk of injury, rotator cuff injury, slipped disc, and avoiding osteoporosis.
Invest in your availability to move.
✅ Train with intelligence.
✅ Feel like you could be 20.
✅ Look like you could be 30.
