Back in May '25 myself and .c.fitness_pt met with the very talented for a joint photoshoot. We had such a laugh contorting ourselves to get the perfect shot, the doms the next day were insane! But they were soooo worth it!
We decided to do the shoot for a very specific reason! We wanted to show how bodies can look different even when you weigh the same!
Our aesthetics are not the same, we have different goals for ourselves and both prefer our bodies to look a certain way.
It just goes to show that you should never compare yourself to anyone else because you will never look exactly the same as them due to many different factors and that is perfectly ok! How boring would the world be if we all looked exactly alike!
Finding what works for you is the way forward to achieving your personal aesthetic goals!
On shoot day we had both hit the same bodyweight, however we were super hungry, snappy and cold!
Being that small was not fun and we both did not enjoy it! But it was essential for the type of photoshoot to get the results we were after!
For me personally I wanted to still keep a softer look but with definition and Leah wanted to bring fully ripped with low body fat to show the muscle she has built over the years!
So on this International Women's Day we are celebrating ourselves and what we can and have achieved!
Every woman is special and unique in their own perfect way!
