The postnatal fitness class that's all about having fun, meeting new people and leaving feeling more like you.

Something I should have offered from the start - half price tasters on all PAYG classes! If you're not certain it's your thing, come and give it a go - no commitment, just a low cost fun class.

And I'm OUT! Feeling very positive with classes and courses booking up, bookings are still open for class blocks and Messy Buns PAYG is open for the first week as well 😊
I'll be occasionally checking my emails and messages to catch any booking issues while I'm away - otherwise I'll get back to you as soon as I'm home (and recovered!)

We met some amazing mums on the last Mini Massage & Mama Moves course back in June - here are some of their thoughts on how the course helped them and their little ones.

Messy Buns will be BACK from 2nd September and you can book your 4 week package now! A weekly low pressure, feel-good, dance-based movement class for new mums followed by drinks, biscuits and a good old natter - what's not to love??
PAYG will be available 2 weeks prior to each class and a special taster session discount is finally available (for both new and returning clients!) if you're not sure you want to commit.
Can't wait to see you there!

Bookings are now open for this little treat of a course!
Using stretchy aerial hammocks, new mums can relax away their aches and pains with gravity helping to lengthen and tone muscles along with bonding time, a lovely suspended shivasana and of course - tea, biscuits and chat to finish each section.
Bookings available on my website, just 4 spaces available so grab them while you can!

My classes are your classes - whether you want to boost your endorphins, get fit, move the aches away or just get out of the house I'm here to help. I can offer gentler or more challenging options, babywearing options, delicious stretches, company and chat AND I'm more than happy to cuddle a fussy babe if you just need a minute to be yourself on a difficult day 😊

Yes to both.
An active lifestyle doesn't have to mean constant gym visits or expensive equipment, it simply means getting your body moving and your heartrate up as often as possible - if you can have fun while doing it, even better!
