Don’t feel like you’re progressing?

when I actually did get round to it
…. I FAILED ❌ more than once
at an attempt for a personal best

☝️But
I kept going
…
And still hit a personal best 🔥
Even if it wasn’t exactly what I wanted 🤷‍♀️

Meet Will:
In August 2023 he wasn’t happy with how he felt or looked, now in May 2025 he is thriving!
