A BJJ and Judo Black Belt, European Cup Bronze Medalist, and coach at Carlson Gracie Fight Club Phuket, Julia brings a wealth of experience from high-level competition and coaching.

Fresh from ENYO 9, she’ll be sharing her approach to grappling, takedowns, and the skills that make her game so effective in the No-Gi environment.

Expect plenty of practical work, insights from an elite competitor, and a chance to learn directly from Julia.
