The latest addition of the Bulldog Gear Dual Cable Machine offers a huge variety of exercises. I’m looking forward to putting it to good use with my clients 👌🏼 and the beauty of it is that it takes up next to no space!

What are your training goals for 2023? Be sure to make them realistic and have a program in place to get you there. Set small goals along the way and be consistent. It won’t be a given either, you’re going to have to graft 👊🏼 good luck!
