I’ve been coaching clients online for a long time now, and honestly… they’re absolutely smashing it, and those who slack, get a kick up the arse😄.

With summer creeping up, I’m opening up space to take on a few more people who want proper structure and real results.

Client win 🏆

Little client shout-out to Anth.

Anth’s had a few struggles getting into the gym consistently over the last couple of months. Instead of letting that stall progress, we adapted the plan and moved him onto my online coaching app so he could still train even when I wasn’t around.

And he stuck to it.

The result?
➡️ From failing 90kg on bench not long ago
➡️ To being lighter, stronger, and benching 100kg comfortably

This is only the beginning too, he’s got way more in the tank.

Why I Personally Take These Supplements 💊

Here’s my own daily supplement stack and the reasons I take them:

🐟 Omega-3 – For heart health, joint support, and reducing general inflammation.
💊 A–Z Multivitamin – To cover any nutritional gaps and support overall wellbeing.
⚡️ B12 – For energy metabolism and keeping my nervous system functioning well.
🌞 Vitamin D3 – To support immune health, bone strength, and overall mood (especially living in the UK with low sunlight).
🧘‍♂️ Ashwagandha – To help manage stress, support mood, and improve recovery.

Nothing fancy, just simple supplements that help me feel and perform at my best.
