Most days I have this chicken salad for lunch with a little low fat mayonnaise.

I’m currently trying to lose some fat so have become much stricter about measuring my portions and tracking my calories.

I still have the mayonnaise, just half the portion.

So, if you want to lose weight seriously then don’t forget to accurately measure your calories

Another fabulous week.

As ever I’ve been kept busy with training but there’s been a few other highlights for me, including:

Presenting at the northeast women in business monthly meeting. It’s a long story of self discovery that led me here and I’m grateful they gave me the chance to tell them about it.

I’m working the next few Fridays so last week was a complete day off and the sun joined us too 🌞

Then today was a 3.30 wake up call to see the sunrise for summer solstice and my first sea dip (not last either). Thanks and .soulcentre111 for getting me in!
