Gentlemen! I’ve been thinking about my own experiences when trying to find a suitable fitness class for myself and realised there isn’t really one I would feel comfortable going to. SO I’ve decided to start a MENS ONLY fitness class in South Shields that also is beneficial for mental health.
Based on the feedback from my previous post, I listened and decided to make them evening classes at 6pm for 2 days a week. Each session will last 45 minutes and priced at £7 which needs to be paid every 4 weeks in advance. This allows you to have the freedom to decide if you want to do just 1 session a week or to do both!
Location is just a very quick 30 seconds walk from the South Shields interchange and there is parking very close by.
I’m wanting to focus on mental wellbeing and promote an “It’s ok to talk” mentality for everyone that walks through the door. I want to help get rid of the stigma of men needing to bottle everything up.
