When I say we do weightlifting - everyone gets scared 😂

Emily has done phenomenally well since joining us and has completely recompositioned her body — building muscle, becoming leaner, stronger and more defined. 💪🏻🩷

This hasn’t happened by accident. It’s come from consistency, hard work and determination.

Watching Emily’s body, strength and confidence change has been incredible and genuinely inspiring.

A true reminder that hard work really does pay off when you’re willing to put in the effort.

WELL DONE to every single person who took part yesterday! 🏃‍♀️👏🏻

What an incredible effort from everyone involved — the runners, organisers, volunteers and everyone who came out to support. The atmosphere was amazing! 🩷

And of course, we are SO proud of our Evolve ladies! Some of our clients had never even ran before joining us, and some had barely exercised at all.

To see them now is just incredible. 🥹🏅
