Whether you’ve got a photoshoot coming up or simply want to elevate your pole content, this session with Princess Fo### is designed to help you feel prepared and camera ready!

Expect an extended stretch to create beautiful lines, guidance on poses and expression, plenty of photo worthy tricks and transitions, plus time to refine any moves you’d love to capture on the day.

Perfect for all levels and ideal for anyone joining our upcoming photoshoot.

Level Up Pole Fitness is a progressive 6-week course focused on developing the strength, control, and confidence in your inversions to help you move into more Intermediate and Advanced classes.
Whether you’ve just started going upside down on one side or are advanced on one side this course will refine your technique, strengthen your foundations and help you feel confident in your inverted combos on both sides.
We follow a set syllabus, with each week focusing on a different area of progression to help you refine your technique and feel strong on both sides. Expect structured drills, conditioning and supportive coaching throughout.
