✅ to stop quitting every time life got hard”

I didn’t become “too old” to change my body after 40, I became smarter about how I trained, recovered and looked after myself.
The photo on the left thought fitness was about punishment. 😞
The photo on the right understands it’s about strength, confidence, resilience and longevity.
Menopause didn’t end me. If anything, it forced me to rebuild myself properly. 🙏
And now I help other women do the same.
