Tuesday 18th August

Designed for riders confidently jumping 70cm to 1m+, this camp focuses on improving accuracy, confidence and course riding.

Spend the day with Gemma and the team learning how to ride more effectively, make better decisions and get the very best from your horse.

What the day includes:
▶️ Two shared ridden coaching sessions
▶️ Riding technical lines and combinations
▶️ Course walking and planning
▶️ Influencing your horse between fences
▶️ Riding tighter turns and smoother lines
▶️ Improving rhythm, balance and adjustability

Friday 14th August

A full day designed to help you better understand your horse, improve your riding and leave with practical exercises you can continue at home.

Whether you enjoy hacking, compete regularly, are bringing on a young horse or simply want your horse to feel stronger, straighter and easier to ride, this day is suitable for all abilities, disciplines and goals.

The day includes:
▶️ Shared Flatwork & Polework Circuit Training session
▶️ Live Water Treadmill Demonstration. See, feel and understand how movement, posture, balance and symmetry change during exercise.
▶️ Rider Corner. Have a giggle while trying out our rider balance and coordination challenges. Discover your strengths, highlight your weaker areas and see how they translate into the saddle.
▶️ Tea, coffee, squash and snacks throughout the day.
▶️ Plenty of time to chat, ask questions and learn from watching other horse and rider combinations.

EQUINE WATER TREADMILL - THE BENEFITS ARE AWESOME !!

Regular sessions can develop a horses stride length in walk, building stronger foundations in the trot and canter, we all know if the walks not so good, the trot and canter will be affected.

After 4 to 5 sessions a horse will noticeably improve its balance, rhythm and stability.

Studies have shown that muscle development can be increased 3 to 4 times faster with hydrotherapy training compared to typical riding and lunging exercise.

Water Treadmills are renowned for greatly improving back and core muscles with visual improvements in posture.

An excellent addition to older horses work with improvements to the overall body condition and muscle tone. The low impact, and support from the water allows them to stay in fitter, stronger and more mobile for longer.
