Hello folks 👋🏻 I’m making a mini come back from maternity leave with a couple of nourishing classes in March ✨

Yin Yoga (1hr) - A floor based, relaxation class offering gentle hands on adjustments and a mixture of long hold poses (lots of accessible options guided.) The practice of Yin prolongs the body’s connective tissue and joints, it cleanses and hydrates the body, and helps quieten the nervous system in a very over stimulating world. Open to all levels ✨

I will be back teaching a block of classes this Autumn before the bambino arrives🤰

I’ll be sticking largely to Thursdays 1pm Yin Yoga and Mondays 6:30pm Vinyasa Flow, with a Women’s Circle sprinkled in to support through the transition of seasons 🍂

All sessions will be at Carswell Farm.

This is when our next Retreat is taking place! I’m so excited as we have just booked the venue and we are going to…..Andalusia!

Nearest airport: Malaga (flights not included)
Twin en suite rooms: £1,100 pp
Double en suite rooms: £1,495 pp

All packages include:

- Accommodation in secluded farm house set in 13acres
- Three meals p/day

- 2 x daily yoga classes

I am sparkling this morning after an amaaaaazing Cacao Circle last night 🙏 thank you to for guiding us through light and shadow Self as we ease into the lighter half of the year!

I’m taking a little break from teaching until Monday 6th Jan 💃🏼

I have pulled some photos from the year that’s now drawing to a close…and what a year it’s been!

A morning of nourishment 🍂

An opportunity to sip and learn about the nutritional benefits and ancient teachings of Cacao (chocolate in it's rawest form 🍫), sit together in circle and practice a firey yang and cooling yin yoga flow.

We will end the day with some delicious treats! Prepared by top baker and chef.

Samhain signifies the beginning of winter. Together we will sit in circle to set an intention for the quiet months, purify anything we wish to shed, and call in the transformational energy that winter brings ❄️
