A few of our members headed over to Ilkley today to watch the Lexus Ilkley Open tennis tournament. Sadly a better day for ducks with only 40 minutes tennis. A good time was had by all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for Graham for organising!

We’re delighted to introduce two of our members - Jack and Joyce. Jack is one of our younger members and plays regularly in both a men’s and mixed team. Joyce is more experienced and plays for the ladies and mixed teams.

Earlier this week they were a pair in a mixed doubles match. They are a great combination: Joyce is tactically astute and has a wonderful range of shots. Jack is full of energy, covering every inch of the court with his trademark sliding return!

This pairing demonstrates the spirit with which we play tennis at South Cave. We cater for all ages.
